A Different Approach

On my own journey with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and chronic stress, I noticed a huge gap in the health industry. Traditional approaches to treating mental and physical health issues don’t take into consideration the whole body and often neglect to address the root causes of our ailments.

So I ended up taking my health into my own hands and studied integrative nutrition, holistic health, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation in order to bridge the disconnect between the mind and body and understand the root causes of the mental and physical health issues our society is plagued with.

Now I help people dealing with chronic stress connect the dots on their own symptoms, regulate their nervous systems, and develop systems for themselves that actually work and are accessible.
